You all know I LOVE quick and sweaty workouts! Quick, intense, sweaty, and I’m ALL over it.
Do you prefer to have a specific prescribed workout like this one …

Like I’ve said, I have some awesome things coming your way in october and just want to make sure you’re loving it as much as I think you will!
I’ve done a 5 minute count down of burpees, and I’ve done a 600 burpees in 6 days challenge. Loved every second. BUT I am definitely a self proclaimed glutton for punishment! 😉
